Chapter History

Tau Chapter was established at the University of Iowa on November 9, 1886, and was the third sorority on campus. The first Delta Gamma house at Iowa was built in 1903 at 19 E Market St. After relocating several times, Tau Chapter found its permanent home at 305 S Summit St in 1966. Today, our chapter total is 187 members.
